Stopped by before a long hospital visit, and this place was a lifesaver. The americano was bold and comforting, and the staff were super kind — exactly the vibe you want when you’re in a stressful place. They even had a few healthy snack options and fresh fruit lemonade that totally lifted my mood. Grateful this café is here. It’s more than just coffee.

In such stressful, anxious and difficult times to have to be in the hospital hopeful for our loved ones, this Waves spot surely adds light. I’ve had Ellie serve and prepare multiple orders for myself and my family with always a warm smile, professional conduct and warm demeanor. It’s a joy to deal with her. The food has always been fresh and tasty, the station clean and the coffee…….well, their coffee is awesome. This particular Waves tempts me to convert in general from Starbucks to Waves. That kinda says it all.

Pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee is, especially the Canadianos, Flat Whites and Cortados. Also got a free coffee on my birthday which is always nice!!

Service is great and fast. It’s a bit more expensive to compare with other coffee brands but it’s more delicious, I won’t get heartburn from the coffee anymore.
